IDT Corporation is seeking a Jr. NOC Analyst to monitor production networks 24x7 and resolve alerts. You will be part of the Global Network Operations team, coordinating with site technicians and vendors to track and resolve problems.
Requirements include 2 years of similar experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, strong monitoring/troubleshooting skills, Windows/Linux knowledge, and English at least at B2 level. Cisco/CompTIA/ITIL/AWS, etc., are preferred.
We are looking for a Jr. NOC Analyst to join our team!
You will proactively monitor and resolve all production alerts within IDT’s 24x7x365 Global Network Operations team.
NOC Support Engineers monitor large networks and servers to detect hardware, software, or environmental malfunctions. When alerts trigger, they analyze the issue, determine the root cause, and perform network or software troubleshooting.
Following standard operating procedures, they manage incident response and coordinate with site technicians, third-party vendors, or other IT teams to track and resolve problems.
