Qualifications

• Experience as department manager or section head in fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion trends and retail industry.
• Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.
• Residency in or near Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Men's Fashion section, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and presentation of goods.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards for the section.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve store-wide objectives.
