Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of bringing at least one product from discovery to market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the new product development pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a team of scientists and project managers across R&D disciplines.
• Oversee all phases of drug development including target identification, lead optimization, pre-clinical studies, and clinical trial design.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout development.
