Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical research and development, with a strong focus on clinical trial management.
• Proven track record of successful project management in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS) and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Manage and analyze complex clinical data, generating comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to align on project objectives and timelines.
• Provide expert scientific and technical guidance on drug development processes, from pre-clinical stages through post-market surveillance.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers to health authorities.
• Mentor junior pharmacists and research associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research, therapeutic areas, and regulatory landscapes.
