Pirelli seeks an experienced MRO Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Guanajuato, Mexico. You will ensure the timely availability of maintenance parts and supplies, while driving inventory accuracy and cost efficiency across production and maintenance activities.

You will manage a high-value inventory, implement Kanban and material planning, and lead a team to optimize performance, safety, and continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics management roles.
• Experience with spare parts/component warehouses in manufacturing.
• Strong MRO inventory management and planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all MRO warehouse operations for parts, tools and materials.
• Ensure timely availability of components to support production and maintenance.
• Drive inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and performance of the team.
• Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing.

Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a strong background in MRO materials, inventory management, and automotive manufacturing environments? Join a global industry leader and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across production and maintenance operations.

The MRO Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials, ensuring the timely availability of parts, components, and supplies to support production and maintenance activities while driving inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and team performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related management roles.
• Management of spare parts and component warehouses.
• MRO inventory and materials management.
• Material planning and Kanban systems.
• Production and maintenance material supply processes.
• Supplier management and purchasing coordination.
• Inventory control and traceability.
• KPI monitoring and performance management.
• Management of high-value and repairable inventory items.
• Team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong focus on industrial safety and continuous improvement

Technical Requirements

• SAP WM or SAP MM (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 standards.
• ISO 9001 and VDA knowledge is highly desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
