Pirelli in Mexico (Silao) seeks an experienced MRO Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for maintenance, repair and operations materials, ensuring timely parts availability to support production and maintenance activities.

You will drive inventory accuracy, cost efficiency and team performance, leveraging SAP WM/MM, advanced Excel and strong planning to uphold IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA expectations in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related management roles.
Management of spare parts and component warehouses.
MRO inventory and materials management.
Material planning and Kanban systems.
Production and maintenance material supply processes.
Supplier management and purchasing coordination.
Inventory control and traceability.
KPI monitoring and performance management.
Management of high-value and repairable inventory items.
Team leadership and people management experience.
Strong focus on industrial safety and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

Oversee all warehouse operations related to MRO materials to support production and maintenance.
Ensure timely availability of parts and accuracy of inventory.
Drive cost efficiency, process improvement and team performance.
Lead safety initiatives and enforce GMP/ISO standards.
Collaborate with procurement and production to optimize material flow.
