Coherent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Java backend developer in Mexico to build high-performance, real-time DSP services and platform features.

You will collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, delivering clean, production-ready code focused on throughput and low latency. The role involves working on distributed systems processing billions of transactions daily under strict SLAs, with exposure to Kafka/Kinesis streams, Docker, and Kubernetes

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial Java backend experience.
• Strong JVM knowledge: GC, profiling, and performance tuning.
• Experience with distributed REST APIs and resilience.
• Hands-on with low-latency, high-throughput services.
• Experience with real-time streaming using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Tomcat and web servers.
• Knowledge of networking and load balancing concepts.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD or similar).
• English: B2 or higher.

The company operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.## Project DescriptionThe role is focused on developing and modernizing real-time DSP serving services that process bid requests, deliver ads, integrate with third-party platforms, and record measurement events used for reporting and billing. The team works on high-throughput, low-latency systems processing millions of requests per second, with a strong focus on availability, data correctness, performance tuning, and scaling the platform for future growth.
