Gennte Technologies in Mexico City invites a Java Developer to join the Cash Equities Client & Market Connectivity team. The role focuses on designing scalable, architecture-led solutions and requires clear communication across a geographically distributed, multicultural environment.

You will develop strategic FIX client-facing and market-facing platforms, collaborate with Product Owners, and advance test and deployment automation to raise the maturity of our continuous delivery processes.

Our client is looking for a Java Developer to be part of the Cash Equities Client & Market Connectivity team.
The job requires candidate to have design thinking and problem-solving skills. Candidate should demonstrate ability to build scalable architecture led solution and clear communication skills in geographically spread multi-cultural environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties with a high level of competence:

• Develop strategic FIX client facing & market facing platform to meet the business needs.
• Face off Product owners and business sponsors, discuss requirement and priority, manage communication and expectation.
• Further improve test and deployment automation, increase maturity of Continuous delivery.
