The role emphasizes code quality, testing, and collaboration across a diverse engineering group, with opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tooling for efficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years of practical Java experience.
• Knowledge of REST API design best practices.
• Experience with microservices and multi-node systems.
• Familiarity with MySQL, SQL syntax, and query tuning.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

Responsabilidades

• Build, engineer, and maintain Java backend services.
• Improve REST APIs powering mobile app functionality and external integrations.
• Work on data modeling, queries, and performance with MySQL.
• Contribute to backend and microservices architecture for scalability.
• Review peers code, estimate tasks, and shape solution designs.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers, product, QA, and other backend developers.
