Java Backend Developer Senior - Hybrid Ciudad de Mexico and Guadalajara

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful web services using the Spring framework (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security).
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code to enhance our backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and performance.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, or Concourse.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated empathy towards team members and stakeholders.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving project goals.
• Advanced English C1 - C2 proficiency is required.

Working Conditions:

• This role is available in Mexico City and Guadalajara.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Hybrid working model.
