Jobtailor is seeking a Java application support engineer to maintain legacy systems across JVM and WebSphere environments. The role requires troubleshooting and coordination with Oracle SQL, IBM MQ, and Linux/Windows servers to keep critical workflows running.

You will work with FileNet P8, EIS imaging, DataPower, and DB2 mainframe integrations, tracing prescription intake and routing through connected applications to ensure accurate status and timely fulfillment.

Formación

4 years of experience in Java application support.
Strong troubleshooting for JVM and WebSphere.
Experience with Oracle SQL and stored procedures.
Experience with IBM MQ.
Linux/Windows server administration.
Familiarity with FileNet P8 workflows and EIS imaging.
Experience with DataPower and DB2/mainframe integrations.
Basic .NET/IIS knowledge for related utilities.

Responsabilidades

Provide Java application support for legacy technologies.
Troubleshoot JVM and WebSphere environments.
Support Oracle SQL, stored procedures, IBM MQ, and Linux/Windows servers.
Support workflow, FileNet P8, SQL Server workflow metadata, EIS imaging, DataPower, DB2/mainframe integrations, and basic .NET/IIS utilities.

Determine prescription status, application touchpoints, MQ message movement, work order and image creation, EIS/FileNet receipt, and TMW fulfillment workflow progression.

Nice to have: End-to-end prescription intake and routing knowledge across POC/eRx, fax/FMT, phone, Specialty, OWLb/ALB, AIA/AIBS, ADC, WFCO, RUA, AAG, Contact Agent, TMW, OE/eView, EIS/FileNet, and NRx/mainframe
Must be able to trace prescription location, the last application to touch it, MQ message movement, work order and image creation, EIS/FileNet image receipt, and workflow progression to TMW for fulfillment

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Java application support and troubleshooting within JVM and WebSphere environments, alongside proficiency in Oracle SQL, IBM MQ, and server support across Linux and Windows platforms. Capable of managing workflow processes and integrations with FileNet P8, SQL Server, and EIS imaging systems.
