Capgemini México está buscando un desarrollador backend con experiencia en Java para unirse a un equipo global de ingeniería. Las tareas incluyen desarrollo con Java, Spring Boot y Spring Batch, manejo de Maven, pruebas unitarias y trabajo con bases de datos SQL Server (PL/SQL).

Se valora experiencia en JavaScript/Node.js, Postman, PowerDesigner y Control-M. El candidato ideal debe entender de Agile/Scrum y gestionar tareas con JIRA, manteniendo documentación técnica de alta calidad a lo largo

Formación

• 2+ años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo backend con Java.
• Fuerte experiencia con Spring Boot y Spring Batch.
• Experiencia con Maven y pruebas unitarias.
• Experiencia con bases de datos SQL Server y uso de PL/SQL.
• Control de versiones con Git.
• Conocimientos de APX, ASO o CELLS.
• Fuerte comprensión de metodologías Agile/Scrum y gestión de tareas con JIRA.
• Capacidad de mantener documentación técnica clara y de alta calidad a lo largo del ciclo de vida del software.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
• Experience with Maven and Unit Testing
• Solid experience with SQL Server databases and the use of PL/SQL
• Source Code Management using Git
• Knowledge of APX, ASO, or CELLS
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and task management using JIRA
• Ability to maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js
• Familiarity with Control-M
• Experience using Postman
• Experience with PowerDesigner
