Formación

• 2+ years of clinical application experience with IVD products or clinical lab.
• Experience delivering trainings and on-site technical support.
• Familiarity with IVD products' principles and testing processes.
• Customer and distributor management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct post-sale demos, installation, and advanced trainings.
• Complete customer visits and analyze customer requirements.
• Resolve IVD product issues quickly for customer satisfaction.
• Train distributor's team and monitor their application service performance.
