Corning Inc. seeks an IT Technical Leader to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing reporting solutions connected to MES and related applications.

You will strengthen operational visibility, traceability, and efficiency by collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams. You will lead cross-functional teams across projects, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and advance digital manufacturing through analytics, automation, and collaborative

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Development, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement projects effectively.
• High level of communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations environments.
• Experience with application development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MES platforms and manufacturing reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Databricks, Python, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate teams to support project implementation, testing, deployment, and validation across global sites
• Translate business needs into detailed, functional specifications and scalable technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through reporting, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Design, develop, configure, and support MES reports, dashboards, and related reporting workflows for manufacturing operations
