Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a data-driven professional to design, implement, and optimize ERP, MES, and WMS processes across our manufacturing operations, leveraging data analytics to improve accuracy and visibility.

You will configure systems, develop dashboards and KPIs, ensure data integrity in inventory, BOMs and routings, and drive continuous improvement through training and collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Formación

• Experience implementing ERP/MES/WMS in manufacturing.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Familiarity with BOM, routings, and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and support ERP, MES, and WMS systems for daily operations.
• Redesign and standardize operational processes aligned with system best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across key areas (inventory, BOM, routings, transactions).
• Identify operational deviations and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to align processes and data.
• Support system adoption through training, follow-up, and operational discipline.

Design, implement, and optimize operational processes through digital systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and data analytics, ensuring operational control, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the organization.
