Qualifications

• Experience in IT technical support or similar role.
• Experience with day-to-day systems administration and tech operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience setting up computers and other tech equipment.
• Experience managing tech inventories and loans.
• Experience coordinating with IT vendors.
• Service-oriented with timely user support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to users and handle day‑to‑day IT requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to systems, devices and equipment.
• Set up, configure and prepare technology for users.
• Support day‑to‑day operation of school systems and tech resources.
• Manage equipment loans and inventory records across the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and assets within the IT program.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and manage relationships and services.
• Perform administrative tasks for the Systems Department and keep records updated.
