Oferta confidencial in Mexico is seeking an IT support specialist to independently resolve standard tickets and assist with complex issues under supervision. You will handle new computer preparation, device support, and asset tracking while collaborating with global IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support and at least 1 year in a service desk or customer-facing IT role, with ITILv4, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certs being a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of work within IT support or related IT.
• At least 1 year in IT service desk or customer-facing IT team is desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset with good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Independently solving standard tickets and supporting with guidance in difficult situations.
• New computers preparation, replacement, and support for mobile devices and modems.
• Assist with installing or upgrading production/logistics software and maintain asset tracker records.

Descripción del empleo

• Independently solving standard tickets; Support in difficult situations with guidance from supervision and collaborate with other IT teams globally on ticket resolution (including external support)
• New computers preparation / replacement / disposal and support for cell phones (iPhone and Android) and wireless modems
• Assist with installing or upgrading the production/Logistics software
• Preparation of reports (anti-virus, bitlocker, PC replacement plan...)
• IT equipment management (Maintain stock level, ordering, dealing with invoices and documenting in asset tracker) -Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.) and software problems (office and production software)

• At least 3 years of work within IT support or related/progressive work within IT.
• At least 1 year in IT service desk or customer facing IT team is desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset with good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with MNC using a centralized governance model highly recommended.
• Certification and courses related to IT (ITILv4, CompTia A+, Microsoft certs, …) is a plus.
