Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a qualified engineer to support IT tickets and PLM-related SAP modules in Puebla, Mexico. The role involves driving process improvements, documenting requirements, and coordinating testing and rollouts across the region.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering with 3–5 years of experience and readiness to contribute to global PLM initiatives and training activities.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve IT tickets related to CREO, Windchill, and PLM in SAP.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process, documenting requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing for new solutions.
• Rollout new versions of existing tools/processes in the region with the Global team.
• Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA.
• Provide project support.
• Provide training to key users.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the CREO,Windchill, and PLM module in SAP.
• Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process:
  • Understand & document business requirements o Develop functional specifications from business requirements
  • Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
  • Coordinate the end-to-end testing
  • Create training documents
• Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Global team
• Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA
• Provide Project Support
• Provide Training to key users

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Software Engineering
• 3 to 5 years
