Integer Holdings Corporation in Mexico is seeking an entry-level IT/Procurement support specialist to help manage vendor accounts and deployments.

You will work within cross-functional teams to gather requirements, schedule deployments, and support upgrades, while ensuring compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.

Ideal candidates have a BS degree in information systems or related field and 0–2 years of experience; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

• BS degree or related discipline required.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, and company policies.
• Vendor account management
• Procurement responsibilities
• Cultivates internal networks to facilitate completion of tasks
• Develops a basic understanding of supported functional areas
• Gathers requirements for a wide range of projects
• Drives deliverables for assigned projects including expansions and acquisitions
• Develops and manages schedules for deployments, upgrades, refreshes, renewals, licensing, etc.
• Supports upgrades to technology and verifies compatibility of existing applications
• Troubleshoots routine issues and resolves incidents in a timely manner
• Communicates clearly and works with functional team members
• Provides feedback on approaches and decisions
• Develops and maintains productive relationships with sponsors, customers, and key users
• Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 0-2 years' experience.
