Integer is seeking a Senior Data Security Analyst to set up and run our data protection strategy. You will analyze how data security technologies come together to provide a holistic program and manage information security tools, policies, and standards across the enterprise.

You will work with Security Engineering and GRC teams to build a data protection program from the ground up, perform gap analyses, and advise leadership on risks and improvements in data security controls and monitoring.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of work experience in IT security.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English with at least 85% proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• This resource will work with Security Engineering and GRC to build a data protection program from the ground up.
• Perform gaps analyses on existing systems and processes.
• Analyze data security and data flow through the information life cycle.
• Collaborate with Technology Services and business units on data discovery and access controls.
• Devise and recommend data security strategy, roadmap and program-related items based on gap analysis.
• Collaborate with GRC on implementing and maturing security controls per frameworks such as NIST CSF and NIST 800-53.
• Analyze how data security technologies come together to provide holistic protection.
• Conduct auditing and analysis activities from a strategic perspective.
• Update leadership on current data security risks pertaining to enterprise data.
• Identify access and data security gaps across the information lifecycle and recommend improvements.
• Assess and recommend enhanced logging and monitoring for sensitive data usage.
• Familiarity with encryption, cloud security, data warehouse/data lake security and access controls.
• Perform other duties as required.
