Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Fullstack Python + JS Software Engineer to build and maintain Django-based apps and rich web interfaces for our Talent Acquisition platforms.

You will translate user needs into scalable features, collaborate with a global remote-first team, and contribute to performance improvements across systems used by partners and internal users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software developer.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 1+ year of experience with Django.
• 1+ year of experience with JavaScript.
• Some frontend experience.
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably Postgres).

Responsibilities

• Write and test code for Django applications that structure our technical interviews.
• Build UIs using JavaScript frameworks for Django applications and REST APIs.
• Research, design, and write new features for Talent Acquisition applications.
• Evaluate and elaborate proposals for the improvement of current systems.

Step into the Fullstack Python + JS Software Engineer role, where you'll leverage your advanced skills in Python and JavaScript. In this job, you will maintain and build applications with Django and JavaScript, which are at the heart of BairesDev's Talent Acquisition.

You'll gather user requirements, elaborate proposals for improvements, research, design, and write features for Talent Acquisition applications.
