Vista Group is seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery and excellent customer outcomes. You will delight customers by guiding projects from inception through completion, supported by the delivery team and product.

The role requires coordination across teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A hybrid work setup and Mexico-based operations are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes and software deployments.
• English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with independent judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and set realistic objectives and expectations for projects and product enhancements.
• Facilitate and manage project life cycle from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, scope, quotes, risk management and coordination with teams.
• Create detailed project plans for projects of various sizes, clarifying task ownership and timelines.
• Prioritize requests and provide concise direction to the project delivery teams.

Responsabilities

• Build relationships with customers, take responsibility, and set realistic expectations for objectives, requests, projects, and product enhancements to maintain customer satisfaction with the project and the product.

• Facilitate and manage project life cycle, from inception to completion, including but not limited, to gathering requirements, determining scope, providing effort quotes, drafting project charters, managing risks, tracking change control, and coordinating with the Account Managers, Manager of Project Delivery, and the Project Delivery team to successfully execute the project.

• Create detailed project plans for large and small projects, providing clarity on task ownership and delivery timeline.

• Prioritize requests and provide concise direction to the project delivery teams.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree IT related

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.

• Experience coordinating and support IT business process and software deployments.

• English proficient

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure, using independent discretion and judgment to assess situations and respond accordingly.

• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
