Jobtailor seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide cross‑functional software teams through planning, execution and delivery metrics. You will own sprint ceremonies, drive reliable planning, and manage risks with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires coaching teams toward mature Agile practices, ensuring visibility for leadership and a focus on continuous improvement while leveraging tools like ClickUp and Jira.

Formación

• 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution.
• Experience supporting multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery metrics.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS or technology companies.

• Continuously improve Agile processes without becoming overly process-driven.
