Jabil in Mexico seeks an IT Process Engineer I to formalize IT processes around change, configuration, incident and problem management, and to support the SDLC and Test Lift Cycle.

The role includes day-to-day operations to ensure the process functions as designed, revisiting or introducing ITIL-based practices and maintaining accurate process data across sites. Strong collaboration and continuous improvement are expected.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 0–2 years IT experience preferred.
• Understand ITIL concepts and service management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Drive assessment, planning and authorization of changes to IT production environment.
• Minimize disruption of services due to improper change implementation.
• Identify root causes of incidents or prevent recurrence.
• Ensure services are stable and incidents do not recur; focus on prevention.
• Support processes with accurate data about configuration items and their relationships.
• Understand and interpret IT organization and Jabil process requirements.
• Participate in design/implementation of processes, tools and methodologies.
• Develop process tools and templates for consistency and effectiveness.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure repository accuracy.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of responsibilities and tools across sites.
