Siemens is seeking an Information Security Contact to lead IT/OT cybersecurity within the designated unit. You will be the primary liaison for cybersecurity topics, ensuring policy compliance and contributing to a robust security culture.

You will coordinate with Business Units and local IT partners to support hygiene, incident handling, vulnerability management, asset management, and IT/OT security initiatives across the site. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Solid understanding of IT and/or OT security in large organisations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and processes in a big enterprise.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and guide employees.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive work approach with high responsibility.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and asset management concepts is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Primary Contact for IT/OT Cybersecurity within the assigned area.
• Support for basic cybersecurity hygiene practices across IT/OT.
• Manage exception handling processes and assist incident response.
• Contribute to local vulnerability management: reporting, tracing, remediation tracking.
• Support Asset & Configuration processes and ensure prereqs are in place.
• Identify stakeholders and raise awareness of asset management.
• Participate in IT/OT security initiatives and ad-hoc measures (e.g., pen tests).
• Conduct awareness trainings to improve security culture and perform site inspections annually.
• Assist with IT/OT assessments and audits with central cybersecurity.
• Provide consultation and oversight for IT repositories and guidance to staff.
