Job summary

Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support data collection, analysis, and reporting for inventory, delivery times, demand forecasting, and transportation costs at Interlomas General Offices & San Martín Obispo.

The role involves assisting in order management, shipment tracking, and coordination with suppliers, with opportunities to learn ERP systems and analytics tools. Start December 1st for 12–18 months, with part-time hours and potential for full-time advancement.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), charting, and large data analysis.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics modules related to Supply Chain.
• Ability or interest to learn data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Active communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on data analysis and identification of supply chain inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in operational supply chain tasks including order management and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing key metrics and insights.
