Autoliv Mexico seeks an IT Operations Advanced Specialist to support and maintain local MES services, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and availability for manufacturing operations.

You will develop weekly and monthly KPI reports, lead MES launches and improvements, manage incidents and requests, monitor MES apps and servers, and ensure AS4/AS244 compliance across the MES environment. This role offers growth in a global safety-focused company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in traceability applications, database management, and DML data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of local network architecture with basic hardware troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.
• Lead the analysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and maintain MES applications, databases, and servers, including performance indicators, logs, and system debugging.
• Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

In this role you will beresponsible for supporting and maintain local MES services: data accuracy, integrity and availability.

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.

• Lead the analysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution and support for manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and maintain MES applications, databases, and servers, including performance indicators, application logs, and system debugging to ensure reliability and availability.

• Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory) and relational database concepts, with Oracle Administration experience considered a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Expertise in traceability applications, database management, and data manipulation using DML commands.

• Solid understanding of local network architecture, with basic hardware troubleshooting and technical support skills.
