Autoliv in Mexico is seeking an IT Operations Advanced Specialist to support and maintain local MES services, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and availability.

You will develop weekly and monthly KPI reports, lead MES launches and projects, and manage incidents to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals and relational databases.
• Experience supporting traceability systems in manufacturing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain KPI reports, downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reports for manufacturing performance.
• Lead MES launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor MES applications, databases, and servers for reliability and availability.
• Ensure MES compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards and promote best practices.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining local MES services: data accuracy, integrity and availability.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.
• Lead the analysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution and support for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and maintain MES applications, databases, and servers, including performance indicators, application logs, and system debugging to ensure reliability and availability.
• Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

You have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory) and relational database concepts, with Oracle Administration experience considered a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in traceability applications, database management, and data manipulation using DML commands.
• Solid understanding of local network architecture, with basic hardware troubleshooting and technical support skills.
