DXC Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Technology Coordinator for Monterrey. You will coordinate, supervise, and optimize network, server, and data center operations, while leading local teams and collaborating with global support groups.

The role requires advanced English, Cisco CCNA certification, and solid project coordination skills. You will manage incidents, budgets, and project status, ensuring security, availability, and continuity of services.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Experience coordinating technical teams of 10+ people.
• Proven ability to prepare executive reports and present to clients or stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, supervise, and optimize network, telecommunications, server, and data center infrastructure operations.
• Lead local infrastructure and telecommunications coordination activities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare capacity, utilization, performance, and budget reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate budget execution, OPEX/CAPEX forecasting, and financial tracking for infrastructure projects.
• Manage infrastructure projects from initiation to status presentations and delivery.
• Handle escalations and incidents with telecom, server, infrastructure, and IT teams and external providers.
• Act as a technical focal point for business areas and support teams, ensuring timely resolution.
