AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on engineering across enterprise LAN/WAN, data centers, and cloud, with a SOX-regulated context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infra (physical and virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud-first approach.
• Experience in a SOX regulated environment.
• Experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Patch deployment experience.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with value-driven mindset.
• Able to document work and work across time zones.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.
• Experience with Linux a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.
