AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments in Puebla.

You will lead projects, ensure security and reliability, manage vendors, and support a 24x7 international operation with a cloud-first mindset and strong SOX awareness. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and adapts to growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise network, server and storage engineering.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud compute and storage experience (AWS and Azure) with cloud-first mindset.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated company.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity experience.
• Experience with Office 365 suite (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Patch deployment experience and vulnerability management.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, and able to work independently.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software and services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
