Empresaconfidencial seeks a key IT finance partner to support LATAM planning, forecasting, and close activities. You will prepare reports and budgets with Controllership and FP&A teams, and clearly communicate accounting decisions to the Miami Finance Team.

The role liaises with Regional IT and Finance, requiring strong detail orientation, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to explain financial matters clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (US GAAP).
• Experience partnering closely with Controllership on accounting-related matters.
• Understanding of the accounting impact of accruals, amortization, CAPEX/OPEX, and fixed assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong results orientation, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and dedication.
• Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency in TM1, PeopleSoft GL, and Excel.
• Experience with Clarity and Coupa is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools and a willingness to incorporate AI into daily work activities and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in process improvement and workflow documentation is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support LATAM IT consolidated planning, forecasting, and financial close activities.
• Deliver accurate, clear, and concise analysis to Regional CIO, CTO, IT Managers, Local CFOs, and other stakeholders.
• Work with Local Controllership and FP&A teams in reports, budgets, and forecasts, communicating decisions to the Finance Team in Miami.
• Serve as liaison between Regional IT and Finance, LOB DFOs, and executive leadership.

This person will play a key role in supporting LATAM IT consolidated planning, forecasting, and financial close activities, while delivering accurate, clear, and concise analysis to the Regional CIO, CTO, IT Managers, Local CFOs, COG IT DFO, and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.

This position will work closely with Local Controllership and FP&A teams in the preparation of reports, analyses, budgets, and forecasts, and will communicate accounting decisions to the Finance Team in Miami to ensure the appropriate accounting treatment.

The role also serves as a liaison between the Regional IT organization and Regional/Local Finance, LOB DFOs, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid process understanding, ownership and accountability, the ability to meet deadlines, effective communication across all levels of the organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
