LOOK AT busca un IT Business Developer para liderar ventas y desarrollo de negocio en Centro - Querétaro, Querétaro. Se encargará de identificar oportunidades, negociar propuestas y gestionar soluciones de desarrollo de software y servicios de outsourcing para el mercado mexicano.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior representative of a global IT services and custom software development company in Mexico, with professionalism, technical credibility, and strategic insight
• Aggressively identify and close new business opportunities in Mexico for outsourced software development services, Generative AI and tailored made Apps
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, outreach, events, and referrals
• Understand client needs and articulate complex technical offerings clearly and persuasively
• Develop a clear understanding of client needs and collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposals
• Lead presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Track metrics, manage CRM and report regularly to senior leadership
• Contribute to the evolution of our sales strategy in Mexico
• Recruit, mentor, and eventually manage a local sales and business development team as the Mexico operation scales
• Own the commercial results of the Mexico operation and act as the primary point of accountability for its performance, working in close partnership with company leadership assuring the the mexican market's growth trajectory
• The ideal candidate could be based in Querétaro, Jalisco or México City.
