Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams in the Mexico region, focusing on Retail and Wholesale operations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

You will map current-state processes, define requirements, and collaborate with IT and architects to design future-state solutions, balancing value, feasibility, and cost.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, IT business partnering, or technical program/product management.
• Experience documenting complex, end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams to define and evaluate solutions.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, and problem-structuring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging for executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (business-level).
• Proven ability to operate independently as an IC.
