Job summary

Onetree is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Mexico City, on-site in Polanco. You will map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, analyze complex workflows, and translate business needs into actionable requirements across operations and technology teams.

The role requires 4+ years in business/process analysis, with Retail experience in stores, warehouses, inventory, and finance processes. You will lead workshops, document rules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in the Retail industry, especially store operations, warehouses, inventory, cash registers, payment methods, and operational finance processes.
• A track record of documenting complex end-to-end processes.
• Experience gathering functional requirements for enterprise products or systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business, Technology, Product, Development).
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
