About the Job

El IT Assistant es responsable del departamento de TI en México HCL. La estructura y la gobernanza del puesto son responsabilidad del IT Supervisor local y del equipo de gerencia regional de TI, y forman parte integral del gobierno corporativo de la región, participando en las estructuras y procesos que aseguran los objetivos de TI de la organización. El puesto también apoya y habilita al negocio y a sus unidades de negocio locales. Funciona como primer punto de contacto para todas las escalaciones técnicas locales y del país, siguiendo instrucciones y lineamientos específicos alineados con el IT Supervisor local, TI corporativo regional y las políticas y estándares de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad.
