Jobtailor in Puebla, Mexico is seeking an IT Business Analyst to resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Service Requests) related to CREO, Windchill, and the PLM module in SAP, and to lead the implementation of new processes and tools through the Business Demand Management process.

You will document business requirements, develop functional specs, coordinate end-to-end testing, create training documents, rollout versions regionally with Global team, and support the S4 HANA PLM rollout.

Formación

• Must have a graduate degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT/PLM or SAP environments.
• Experience documenting business requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating testing and training material creation.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve IT tickets related to CREO, Windchill, and PLM in SAP.
• Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through Business demand management.

• Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the CREO, Windchill, and PLM module in SAP
• Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process

• Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
• Coordinate the end-to-end testing

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Software Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience
