Honeywell International, Inc. in Juárez, MX, is seeking an ISC Project Manager to drive transformation projects across the Integrated Supply Chain.

You will lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution, coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites in Ciudad Juárez to deliver on time and on budget. The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into actionable programs using Honeywell's STP framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or other technical/analytical discipline with a minimum of 6 years progressive experience required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting complex and high value projects that have budgets ≈ $1M-$5M. This includes defining scope, budget, financial payback, Integrated Project Plans, Action tracking and managing core and steering team.
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to a manager level audience including financial models demonstrating various scenarios, inputs, and potential outcomes that enable decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and execute transformation projects across Americas ISC – Insourcing, Outsourcing, Manufacturing localization; ISC Site segmentation and Mfg. Site and DC Transitions.
• PM all sending and receiving activities for transformation projects with focus on the Juarez manufacturing sites.
• Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.
• Conduct robust due diligence, hidden factory capture and deliver flawless project execution.
• Translate, generate and implement program plans and business requirements into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule, and benefits.
• Ensure global use of practical, effective tools and techniques (Standard Transitions Process) to manage the implementation of business transformation projects.
• Manage project charters/4-blockers risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, project data update in HRP/Accolade systems as per Standard Work, financial targets, costs and savings calculations and methodology, periodic and recurring business reviews, executive leadership briefings, resource planning, change management plans, employee relations plans, roles and responsibilities matrices, stage-gate based implementation methodologies, conflict resolutions plans and service level agreements in order to guarantee success.
• Use Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions during the transition process.
