Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr ISC Operations Manager for the MX31 site. You will lead and optimize all Integrated Supply Chain activities, driving operational excellence across production, materials management, planning, inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and customer delivery performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading production, planning, materials, procurement, and logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing ERP/MRP systems and operational analytics.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity and cost targets.
• Develop and execute site operational strategies aligned with Honeywell ISC and Building Automation goals.
• Partner with Site Leadership to build annual operating plans and long-range objectives.
• Drive MOS processes and tiered accountability across operations.
• Oversee production scheduling, materials planning, inventory deployment, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with procurement to mitigate material shortages and supply disruptions.
