Honeywell Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, allocate resources, and uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years of supervision experience, 2nd shift (3:40 PM–12:00 AM), Advanced English, lean manufacturing exposure, ERP SAP, NADCAP knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Experience with NADCAP, lean manufacturing, and ERP SAP systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and root cause analysis.

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. YOU MUST HAVE

• 2nd Shift (3:40 PM-12:00 AM Monday to Friday)
• Advanced English
• 4+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Experience (Project Productivity)
• Strong Knowledge on NADCAP Certifications,Chemical process,brazing,Thermal Processing, Painting, Epoxy Operations,Vacuum Furnaces, Root Cause Analysis.
• Drive safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge on ERP systems (Sap).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
