Honeywell Aerospace in Mexicali seeks an ISC Production Supervisor to lead Paint & Chemical Processes area, overseeing chemical processing, paint application, epoxy coatings, varnishes, masking, and demasking. The role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for certified processes and NADCAP audits.

You will manage skilled teams, drive production schedules, reduce downtime, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety.
• Lead Paint & Chemical Processes area and related operations.
• Manage special processes: chemical processing, painting, epoxy coatings, varnish, masking.
• Implement processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Mentor team and uphold safety and continuous improvement.
• Support NADCAP audits and compliance activities.
