Turbo Tecnología de Reparaciones, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an invoicing analyst to support the Americas Treasury Invoicing Team.

You will distribute customer invoices, collaborate with finance and operations, and process invoices and credit notes for Solar entities to ensure accuracy, speed, and on-time delivery. You will contribute to the Global Finance Transformation by simplifying and standardizing invoicing practices, and you will understand the end-to-end invoicing cycle to identify

Formación

• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite.
• Completed at least 2 years of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

Responsabilidades

• Distribute customer invoices.
• Internal communication with finance and operations groups.
• Process invoices and credit notes for Solar entities/segments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Support global finance transformation to simplify and standardize invoicing practices.
• Understand end-to-end invoicing cycle to identify improvements and reduce processing friction.
