Turbo Tecnología de Reparaciones, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an invoicing analyst to support the Americas Treasury Invoicing Team.

You will distribute customer invoices, collaborate with finance and operations, and process invoices and credit notes for Solar entities to ensure accuracy, speed, and on-time delivery. You will contribute to the Global Finance Transformation by simplifying and standardizing invoicing practices, and you will understand the end-to-end invoicing cycle to identify

Formación

• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite.
• Completed at least 2 years of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

Performs invoicing tasks in support of the Americas Treasury Invoicing Team.

Responsibilities

• Distribution of customer invoices.
• Internal communication with finance and operations groups.
• Transaction processing (invoices & credit notes) for various Solar entities/segments, ensuring invoicing quality, velocity & on time delivery to internal/external customers.
• Support our Global Finance Transformation of Simplifying and Standardizing our Global Invoicing practices.
• Able to understand end-to-end invoicing cycle to determine process improvements and eliminate grief.

• Proficient in English
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Proficiencies in Microsoft O365 Suite
• Completed at least 2 years of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
