YO AI Labs is seeking Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a remote, project-based engagement focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis and industry research.

You'll apply senior IB expertise to evaluate real-world financial scenarios and help train AI systems. No prior AI experience required.

Ideal candidates bring senior associate or VP experience in M&A, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to produce clear client-ready materials.

Formación

• Senior Associate or Vice President level experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in company research, target screening, and pitchbook preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis for AI training.
• Perform target screening, comps analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot financial and valuation models in Excel.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and sensitivities.

Investment Banking Expert

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
