Job summary

Veritiv México is seeking a role focused on inventory optimization and collaboration with Sales and field teams to align inventory with financial and service goals. The position involves data research, budgeting oversight, and strategic participation in planning sessions.

Responsibilities include monitoring trends, diagnosing deviations, and providing insightful reporting to senior stakeholders while coordinating with Buyers, Inventory coordinators, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Research using primary data sources and provide market and customer intelligence.
• Track budgets and report variances to senior colleagues.
• Interpret data to identify answers and issues with processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to maximize inventory performance for financial and service objectives.
• Engage with Sales Management to monitor trends and diagnose deviations in key metrics; take corrective action with inventory and field teams.
• Work with inventory management and local field resources to implement corrective actions.
• Provide reporting on objectives and related metrics.
• Coordinate rollout and inventory placement for marketing initiatives with RSL, IM, and Category Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Reps on customer accounts to establish basic S&OP activities.
