Job summary

Vertiv Co. is seeking an Inventory Leader to join our Materials and Inventory organization in Mexico. You will build inventories dashboards, analyze DIO drivers, and govern MRP parameters to optimize stock levels and reduce excess.

In this role you will partner with regional teams, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance to deliver accurate data, proactive shortage identification, and actionable reporting across sites. Strong Excel and data visualization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of post‑college analytics, supply chain, operations, or materials experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data structuring).
• Ability to analyze large, imperfect datasets.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Build new and repeatable inventory reports to reveal DIO drivers, shortages, and stockouts.
• Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare concise summaries and dashboards for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Conduct first-pass analysis to validate trends before leadership escalation.
• Analyze DIO drivers and supplier performance to inform actions.
• Monitor MRP parameters to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Materials to ensure parameter accuracy.
• Support governance and reporting for parameter compliance.
