Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Inventory Leader to join its Materials and Inventory organization. This role provides hands-on analysis, reporting, and data governance to improve supply chain performance, with focus on DIO drivers, MRP parameter governance, and E&O reporting.

You will build repeatable inventory reports, pull and clean large data sets, and partner with regional teams to ensure accurate data, proactive shortage identification, and actionable leadership dashboards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of post‑college experience in analytics, supply chain, operations, or materials.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data structuring).
• Ability to analyze large, imperfect datasets.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Build new and repeatable inventory reports to illuminate DIO drivers.
• Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets for accurate decision-making.
• Prepare concise summaries and dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Analyze DIO drivers and provide cross‑functional insights to leadership.
