Kohler Co. in Juarez, MX hybrid is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to lead inventory risk reduction, drive analytics, and improve governance.

You will partner across Production Control, Supply & Demand Planning, Finance, and Manufacturing to turn complex signals into clear business actions. The role emphasizes hands-on analytics, Power BI development, ERP research, and proactive prevention of inventory issues with structured RCA, reporting, and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or analytics.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP ECC/S4, APO, IBP) and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recurring root cause analyses for inventory increases and overstock across FG, RM, WIP, and service inventory.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for early inventory visibility.
• Collaborate with IT, Master Data, and business process owners to improve report reliability and automate analyses.
• Identify and review POs, PRs, and material movements to optimize inventory levels and coordinate actions across teams.
• Create RCA categories and Pareto analyses to quantify major drivers and financial impact.
• Translate analytics into actionable ownership with due dates and escalation when needed.
• Establish standard work and governance for inventory optimization tools and dashboards.
