Kohler is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Manager to lead the design and transformation of material flow and intra‑logistics across its Kitchen & Bath plants in the Americas. You will drive PFEP governance, leverage Lean methods, and push Industry 4.0 elements to improve digital visibility and decision speed.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, focusing on end‑to‑end supply chain excellence and cost optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in Supply Chain Engineering, Warehousing, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process design, Lean principles, and material flow optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); SAP knowledge (Logistics, MM, EWM) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic design of material flow, conveyance, and inventory strategies across plants in the Americas.
• Govern PFEP and drive end‑to‑end supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Deploy Industry 4.0 concepts, smart logistics, and automation to improve visibility and responsiveness.
• Develop cost/benefit analyses and report owner savings using Power BI and related tools.
• Standardize processes and share best practices across network facilities.
