Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor at the Juarez Site to support inventory control and process improvements. The role involves identifying discrepancies, researching data in the MRP system, and coordinating with departments to implement improvements.

You will assist in audits, produce inventory KPIs, and ensure compliance with procedures, while liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MRP systems or related field.
• Good office skills: data entry, office software including Word, spreadsheets and presentation packages.
• Ability to read, research and interpret general business information and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and present information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores.
• Retrieves and researches information from the MRP system.
• Liaises with other departments to highlight errors and implement improvements.
• Assists in development of inventory-related process improvements on site.
• Oversees internal audits and audit preparation.
• Produces KPIs measuring inventory performance and service levels.
